Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy of King Appliance Repair Company. Please, read it attentively.

We at King Appliance Repair get it, that sometimes, unforeseen events in your life, and perhaps, you might need to cancel your booked appliance repair appointment. Inform us, please at least 3 hours’ notice, in case if you need to cancel, or reschedule the appointment.

For example, if your appointment is between 3 pm-5 pm, we must be notified before 12 pm that same day.

If you are calling after hours to reschedule or to cancel, please don’t leave us a voicemail. Text at 343-573-0911, or email us your cancellation or scheduling request at info@kingappliancesrepair.ca.

If these steps are not taken, a service call charge of $79 + tax will be applied. The Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
